Recently, I discovered a website called Influenster. This website gives away free boxes of products to you. When you first sign up, you take a short survey to match what products would be the best interest to you. After that, they will see if you match that month's box. If you do, they will send it to your house. The only thing you have to do is to review the products and complete the tasks to unlock a badge. It is very easy and simple task to do. Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover

This is the first eye makeup remover I ever tried. Before I got this, I used extra virgin olive oil to remove my eye makeup. The olive oil was good but I didn't like how it left my eye really greasy. Now that I have the Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover, I don't have to worry about greasy eye lids or olive oil going into my eyes.

I would rate this a 9.5/10 because removes my eye makeup really well. After removing my eye makeup, my skin feels a bit rubbery, but I mean its normal right? Since you are taking off makeup and it might take away some natural oil in your skin. It doesn't leave any residue and it is not over drying.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner

I would rate this a 8/10. On the eyeliner, it says that it is long-wear and waterproof eye liner. I did the waterproof test on my hand and it passed. I even tried lightly rubbing it and it didn't really smudge at all.I really like the color though. It is very bold and black. I like how it is a gel pencil liner because liquid eyeliner seems a bit too harsh for my liking.

NYC Expert Last Lip Color in Sugar Plum

I don't like the packaging. The lipstick is sticking out beyond the tube and it bothers me. Sometimes when I close the lipstick, I will accidentally rub some of the lipstick on the lipstick cap. However, the lipstick is moisturizing and shiny. The color isn't very noticeable on my lips because my natural lip color is similar to this lipstick color. It does however give a shiny look to my lips. I would rate this a 7/10 because I don't really like the color. If this was in another color, I would rate this a 8.5/10 because of the quality and price ($1.99.)

The best things in the Frosty Box. The Fruit Vines are very chewy and tasty. I tried them with my cousins and we finished the whole pack within 10 mins.
We also tried the Celestial Seasoning Candy Cane Lane Decaf Green Tea and it was very good. I love the minty flavor and anything green tea. This is like the best thing I have ever drank. I would go to the store to buy some more because I think I'm addicted to this tea.
The bottle of McCormick Gourmet Thyme is very useful to me because I love to cook. I used this to make lemon thyme rice and it was very good.

NO7 Protect & Perfect Advanced Serum

On the packet, it states "After 2 weeks skin looks younger and more radiant..." I doubt this small sample size can last me two weeks. So far, after using this serum, my skin does look more radiant than before. My skin is sensitive so it's nice to know that this product is hypo-allergenic. I would rate this a 9/10 because I cannot test to see if it can visibly reduce fine lines. I would have to buy the full size product to be able to test it.

EcoTools Hair Brush

This hairbrush is amazing. It detangles my hair so well and smooths it out. My cousin tried it and wanted to steal it from me xD Plus, who doesn't like eco-packing and earth friendly things. The design of this brush is lightweight. The tips of the brush is rounded which massages my scalp when I comb my hair. I would rate this a 10/10 because I love Ecotools.

In conclusion, I love most of the products in this box. I hope I can receive more boxes from Influenster. It was really fun unboxing it and trying new products .

My experience in purchasing from Zipia

Hi, it's been about one month since the last post. I'm back to do a quick post but I'm still currently busy because of finals. I have a 12-15 page history research paper due for finals and that is really stressing me out. Okay, on with the Zipia purchase. This purchase was made quite a long time ago but I feel that I should share my experience in buying from Zipia. I made this purchase with my friend so I didn't have to buy $300 worth of stuff. My total came out to be $110. This is still a lot of money to me because I'm a poor college student. -_- Here is...

My first reaction to the minimum purchase for Zipia: 

You have been warned, the minimum purchase for buying clothes from Zipia is $300. I read somewhere that it used to be $500. The reason for such a high minimum purchase is because Zipia is a supplier for apparel businesses but they are starting to accept the idea of individuals buying for themselves. 

So here's what I bought from Zipia. Most of the stuff I bought are probably not on the website anymore but there are some other really pretty clothes and accessories you can find there.

Coloration Mini Tote Bag: $17

Material: synthetic leather

Color: Grey Beige

So in the inside there's only one zipper pocket. It's pretty small, so it's good for putting stuff like credit card, money, and so on. I like how the bag has a handle so I can hold it like a mini briefcase. I remember there are other colors like red and black. I tried searching for this bag again and they didn't have it anymore. =[

I LOVE this sweater because it has side pockets that are hidden and because I like the deep blue color . This sweater is not that thick and it's stretchy. It shrank a bit the first time I washed it. From the stock picture the sweater seems to be longer and baggier. Unfortunately this sweater is also not selling anymore.

Right: Beige Cardigan ~$20

This cardigan is very baggy and loose. It's so comfy but not as warm as I thought it would be. I feel that button will come off because the buttons are loose. This the a last addition to my final order so I don't have the information on what kind of material this is made from.

Left: Soft Knit Pocket T $17

Material: Wool-mixed spinning

On the stock picture, this knit looks a little bit longer. The material is stretchy and soft.  I think I have an addition with the color beige because 3 out of 5 items I bought from Zipia is beige. Anyways, I like how this knit has a little pocket but I'll probably never use it because stuff might fall out. 

Right: Basic Knit T $13

I wasn't very satisfied with this sweater because on the stock picture, the sweater looks longer than what I have on. Maybe it shrank when I washed it? I don't know... I don't have much to say about this  sweater because I haven't worn it out yet.

Overall experience: Most of the clothes I bought from them are either smaller than the stock picture or shrinks when I wash them. The quality of the material of these clothes are really good. The best thing I like about Zipia is that they has new styles all the time. Its a good idea to buy with friends or relatives if you don't want to buy $300 worth of clothes.

Mexyshop Haul

Not long ago before my Wholesale-dress haul, I purchased from mexyshop.myshopify.com. My main reason for shopping there was because I wanted a lace skort (Skirt shorts) and they seem to have the kind I wanted.
The other items in my order is dedicated to my friends. I just wanted to buy their birthday presents ahead of time. (I hope they don't see this) >.<
Anyways, it turned out that the most expensive thing in the order was my lace skort -_- shame on mee
I won't be able to model all of these except the lace skort I got for myself. I hope you understand cause I don't want to wear something that I'm going to give anyway.

Heart Chiffon Skirt- Black $9.99

This skirt is so soft and light-weighted. It has two layers, both are very smooth and flow-y.

French Doll Airy Shirt - Blue $14.50

For some reason, this shirt looks purple in this picture. It's actually a dark blue-ish purple. I have no idea but the color looks fabulous. It's also light weight. The shirt is a bit wide, so it'll be breezy. Nice quality by the way. 

French Laced Tie Front Top - Pink $11.00

I find this shirt to be very small so it's more of a XS than a freesize. A person with a smaller frame can fit this. Maybe if you iron the shirt it will look more like the stock picture but right now the shirt look very distorted and wrinkled. The quality is good but it will be see through a bit because of the light color and having light weight material.

Layered Lace Skort- Black $15.00

So I did a comparison on the Mexy lace skorts and the lace skorts I bought from Ebay. As you can see, the Mexy skorts is much bigger than the one from Ebay. However the price of these two has a huge difference  The Ebay one was $6.55 ( it was a auction ) and the Mexy one is $15. That's more than half the price. The good thing is that I can actually fit Mexy's lace short comfortably than the Ebay one. 

Here's a close up of the Ebay skorts. The stock picture shows a girl wearing it and she seems fit it. I really don't know who can fit these skorts comfortably  The leg openings are very small so it's very tight. The waist part has elasticity. If the length of these skorts were longer than it will probably be more comfortable. As for the back part of the skorts, I think its too tight to a point where you can't even sit down without having to cover up. These shorts are probably meat for little girls to wear like age 8 or something like that.

Oh and by the way, I got that necklace from their giveaway event. So proud of myself. =] Right now they are giving away 2 free dresses every week and two lucky winners will get their pick in which dress they want. Wholesale-dress order is Hereee

Sorry for the long wait -_- I've been busy with school lately. Okay, let's start. A few days ago I received my package from wholesale-dress.net and it took about 9 days to get to me, not bad... This was my first time experience in purchasing form wholesale-dress and I am happy that most of the items are not bad like what other reviews say about them.

It didn't come in a box. It was in the plastic bag kind of delivery bag. The package itself was not as heavy as wholesale-dress stated. 

This first one is the Cute Pattern Dots Printed Skirt Pink. It has two pockets on the side. The shorts are light and flow-y.

The inside it silky and bright pink. 

The shorts don't really fit me well cause I have wide hips. It just looks awkward...

The only problem I have with these shorts is that the belt is shorter than the the on in the picture. It looks a bit weird when I tie the belt into a bow, but I could just replace this belt with my other belts.

Overall: 4.5/5

This is the Stylish Korean Style Lovely Pearl Hair Accessories. I don't have that much hair accessories so I was very excited to get this headband. The beads on this headband are so pretty and cute. I can wear it to most occasions.

The beads are attached on a golden chain and the chain is attached on the head band with this clear plastic string. I'm a little concern that the knot at the end will come off loose after many uses. But for now the beads are tightly attached to the hairband.

A problem with this headband is that the ends are fraying and there is a glue to keep the black ribbon from unwrapping around the metal hairband.

Next up is this Preppy Style Embroidered Badge Single-breasted Cardigan Black. I was surprised with this cardigan because the quality of this is sooo much above my expected quality of wholesale-dress apparels. I'm not a cardigan type of person but I read reviews on this cardigan on their website and I gave it a shot. It turned out nice and warm. The cardigan however was not fitted on me because the upper part of the sleeves were a bit too wide making it look weird. The quality of the cardigan made it up for that. So the results are...

This is the Korean Band Lap Leather Short Jacket Brown. I like how the inside has a cheetah print. The jacket is not that thick but it will look good with a hoodie. I have nothing bad to say about this jacket. I think I'm obsessed with the color brown because I have many brown color shoes and brown color jackets. Every time I'm shopping for something my default color will be brown. I'm currently trying to pick other colors.

Overall: 5/5

Next is this Graceful Lapel Pocket Two-button Coat Light Grey (High Quality). I'm not an expert in grading the quality of fabric so I don't know if it is high quality or not but I can say that it great quality. So far I have two blazers. But both of them are in grey tone -_- need a black color one. 

Overall: 5/5

Next is this Stripes Long Sleeve Round Collar Loose Blue. This sweater is very thin but I was expecting it to be like this because they have their own stock photo which showed the thinness of the sweater. I was hoping that it will be thicker and longer than the stock photo but oh well. It's a great fall piece because it's light and loose fitted.

The only problem I have with these is that the sweater doesn't have much shape to it. If the bottom of the sweater were a little bit elastic then it'll look a bit better.

Next is this Beautiful Color Matching Short Sleeves Blouse Black . It looks exactly or very similar to the picture on he website. There are two layers the black layer over the purple layer. I like how you can tuck in the shirt and only show the beige and black colors. I don't have much blouses. As you can see I'm addicted to buying outer wears and sweaters.

The top fabric is a little see through just so you know. It not a bad thing. I was just unaware of this when I ordered it.

There was a mistake in my order, I got the wrong item that is a bit cheaper than what I've ordered. The style looks similar so I was okay with it. I didn't want to go through with returning the item because it's not worth the time and effort.

Conclusion: This first purchase was alright. Not bad, not bad. I think I would repurchase again but it'll probably be really really really in the future. I have too much clothes and shoes right now and I'm trying to stop shopping. This purchase compared to my purchase with wholesales7 is about the same though wholesale-dress is a bit cheaper because they have stocks in the US so shipping is way cheaper than Wholesales7. However, I bought a pair of shoes from Wholesales7 so the weight made the whole order a bit more.
